Use and Retention of Information by Provided Subscribers to Emergency Service Providers

Our Services permit you the ability to provide information, including Personal Information, to Emergency Service Providers in order that Emergency Service Providers may respond to any Alerts or requests for emergency assistance.  The Company will only provide this information to Emergency Service Providers upon your request through the use of our Services.  Once this information is provided to Emergency Service Providers, the Emergency Service Providers may retain that information.  Once you authorize the Company to provide this information to Emergency Service Providers, the Company no longer controls how that information is provided or used by the Emergency Service Providers.  Specific features of our Services may, among other things, allow Emergency Service Providers access to additional information about users.  Emergency Service Providers may have access to the phone numbers of users using the Anonymous Chat feature.  Emergency Service Providers may unlock the information users enter in the Smart I.C.E. household information system. 

Use and Retention of Information by Service Providers to Subscribers

Our Services permit you the ability to provide information, including Personal Information, to Subscribers in order that Subscribers may respond to any Alerts you provide.  The Company will only provide this information to Subscribers upon your request through the use of our Services.  Once this information is provided to Subscribers, the Subscribers may retain that information.  Once you authorize the Company to provide this information to Subscribers, the Company no longer controls how that information is provided or used by the Subscribers.
